Due to the custom nature of software development, refunds are issued under limited conditions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Not Initiated: If the project has not been started and no resources have been allocated, a full refund may be issued.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service as per the defined scope and timeline without sufficient justification, you may request a full or partial refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally made more than once, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Partial Work Completed: In cases where only part of the project has been delivered and the client decides to discontinue, a partial refund may be issued after deducting costs for the work completed.

3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or lack of clarity in requirements after work has begun.
  • Delays caused due to client inaction, late feedback, or change in scope.
  • Work already delivered and approved by the client.
  • Monthly maintenance, support, or retainer contracts once the service period has started.
  • Fees paid for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain, licenses) purchased on your behalf.

4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@techsaint.io with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name/Project ID]”, and include the following:

  • Reason for the refund.
  • Supporting documents or evidence.
  • Payment details and date of transaction.

Our support team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

5 Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6 Policy Updates

TechSaint Technology Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
